Museum of Aviation

This day trip to Warner Robins will discover the Museum of Aviation.  It is one of the largest aviation museums in the United States.  Situated on a beautiful 51 acre site on Robins Air Force Base, the museum has a collection of over 100 aircraft, missiles, and cockpits dating from an early 1896 glider to modern era aircraft such as the B-1B bomber, the SR-71 Blackbird, and the F-15 Eagle.  Informative and interesting exhibits tell the story of aviation events from World War II to the present.  A box lunch is included along with transportation and time to explore the museum.

The King and I

This day trip to Jacksonville, FL is to the Alhambra Dinner Theatre to see the Tony Award winning musical “The King and I”. Written by Rodgers and Hammerstein, the show follows a widowed English teacher to her new posting as tutor to the Siamese king’s formidable mob of children. The collision of east and west affords its winning mixture of drama and humor, and the warm friendship that grows between the king and the teacher provides a poignant, unfulfilled romance between the two protagonists. Go Braves

Get ready to cheer on the Atlanta Braves as the boys of summer take the field.  This year Kelly Tours is offering several opportunities to catch the action or maybe catch a foul ball!  This is also a chance to see Bobby Cox in his “Farewell Tour” as the Braves manager as he will retire at the end of this season. 

Both tours are day trips that will depart in the morning for the afternoon game and return home that same evening.  The package includes round trip transportation, tickets to the game and a boxed lunch.  Tickets are limited so remember to sign up early and Go Braves!
