Kelly Tours, Inc. provides a wide variety of travel opportunities from day trips, to overnight programs, cruises, international tours and extended sojourns.  Listed below are the options available to you to book a trip with Kelly Tours. Each option requires you to know the trip number for the trip you wish to register which you can get from one of our catalogs or from one of our helpful and friendly office staff members.

OPTION #1
Call Kelly Tours with your request and include your first and last name, address, telephone number, the name of your roommate, and your email address.  You may give the reservationist your credit card information over the phone.

Mail in your payment to:

Be sure to include the trip number, your phone number and the name of your roommate.

OPTION # 3
Online payment … go to:   www.kellytours.com and click on the online payment option.  It will ask for a username and password.  If you have not previously made any online payments, click on Register for an Account and wait to receive an email with and activation link.   Fill in the form with your credit card information to make deposit or final payment.   This is a secure website.  Upon submitting your payment information you will receive an email that we have received your information and after the system confirms space on the trip, you will receive a receipt via email.

Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  It is important that reservations and deposits be made to confirm reservation.

~ $100.00 per person – motorcoach tours $100 – $99
~ $300.00 per person – motorcoach tours $1000 – $4999
~ $500.00 per person – for tours involving air transportation
~ $200.00 per person – for a cruise trip.  A passport or government issued photo ID and birth certificate are required for all cruises.

Exception: Day trips are to be paid in full at the time of the booking.

Final payment for all trips is due 45 days prior to trip departure date unless otherwise noted.

Tour prices include:  hotel accommodations for each night of the tour’s itinerary, round-trip transportation, all admissions and tours as listed, tour director, (cancellation/interruption insurance for trips that cost more than $401.00), baggage handling and meals listed by B-breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner (including meal gratuities).

Tour package does not include meals not listed as (B,L,D), souvenirs, or gratuity for the driver and/or the escort.  We suggest $2 – 3 per person – per day for the driver and $2 – 3 per person – per day for the escort.

Final information including: departure points & times, hotel phone numbers, luggage tags, what to bring and an updated itinerary, will be mailed out after final payment has been received.

Luggage service on overnight tours is limited to one large bag per person.  You may also bring a small carry-on for which you are responsible.  Remember not to overpack.  Trips involving air travel will require payment for luggage at the airport on certain airlines (at this time, count on $20 per bag each way). The luggage must weigh less than 50lbs, or the airlines will impose an overweight fee.

Cancellation Policy on all motorcoach tours:

On multi-day trips less than $401, no cancellation penalty if a trip is cancelled 45 days prior to departure.  A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation occurs inside of 45 – 4 days before the trip date, and $200 if the trip is cancelled within three days of the trip.

Day trip payments are transferrable, but non-refundable.

Trips that cost $401 or more, include the Travel Insured policy which covers many reasons for cancellation.  Should you have to cancel for one of the covered reason, The Travel Insured policy will cover all of your payment except for the premium price which is approximately 5% of the trip cost.

Parking and Pickup Points

… Motorcoach tours found throughout this catalog will depart from two major points located in Chatham County, Georgia.

#1 …   As the official group travel company of  St. Joseph / Candler Hospital’s SmartSenior Travel Club we have permission for our travelers to park and be picked-up across from the main entrance to Candler Hospital off Reynolds Road next to the new JC Lewis Pavilion.

#2 …   Kelly Tours office located on hwy 80 in Garden City between Chatham Parkway and Dean Forest Road.  Lighted parking is available to park your vehicle while traveling with Kelly Tours.

#3 …   Contact Kelly Tours if you live along the route of the tour and we will pick you up along the way.  For groups of 10 or more, Kelly Tours will pick you up in your hometown.   Please note that option 3 requires planning and Kelly Tours must approved additional pick-ups at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

Tours involving flying to a destination will require the traveler to meet at the airport.  Please note that Kelly Tours is not responsible for your car or items in your car when park at any of the above locations.

Kelly Tours reserves the right to alter or vary a trip’s itinerary to insure that quality standards are provided.  This would only happen in an exceptional situation and an equal replacement will be substituted for any alterations.

SmartSenior … if you are a member of St. Joseph / Candler SmartSenior you are intitled to a $5 discount on all day trips in the catalog and a 5% discount on trips with the SmartSenior logo posted within the trip description.
